He was a founder member of one of Sri Lanka’s leading “Bottled Water” companies and was overseeing the operations of multiple verticals both locally and internationally. During his tenure he played the lead role in launching new products in existing markets and establishing operations out of Sri Lanka. Academically, he holds a Masters in Business and Administration conferred by Edith Coven University Australia and part qualification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

During his tenure, Ghaffoor was instrumental in setting up the distribution system and staffing as the company grew and opened new branches and created new teams amounting to 150+ in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. He holds an MBA - Business Management conferred by the Ultragate University, Philippines.
